2026 Irrigation System SHUTOFF Schedule
Mark your calendar. HydroTech will be SHUTTING OFF the lawn irrigation systems for residences in Linworth Village on Saturday, October 17 and Saturday, October 24, beginning each day at 8:00 AM.
See the Schedule below for the streets that will be serviced each day.
Schedule:
- October 17 - Bushwood Ln, Castle Pines, Medinah Ter
- October 24 - Augusta Glen, Congressional, Linworth Village Drive
Access to your home is necessary to complete this service (turn off the water to the irrigation system and blow out water in the irrigation lines). If no one will be home on your street’s scheduled service date, consider providing a key to a neighbor to give HydroTech access to your home for the shutoff service.
If you don’t want HydroTech to perform the shutoff service, notify Board Member Joe Schehr at 937-441-5510 or email him at jcschehr228@gmail.com, by the end of day October 9.
There will NOT be a makeup day scheduled or paid for by the Association. If your home is not accessible on the designated Saturday, you will be responsible for re-scheduling the shutoff service with HydroTech (614-902-0160) or a vendor of your choice, at your expense.
Please note: If you do not shut off the irrigation system and clear the system of water, you are at risk of frozen and broken irrigation lines.
7th Annual Holiday Food Drive
The 7th annual Linworth Village Holiday Food Drive is scheduled for Sunday, December 13, 2026. From 3 - 5 PM volunteers will be walking the Village to collect food donations for the Linworth Road Church food pantry.
Call Joe Schehr at 937-441-5510 to volunteer to collect the food donations.
More details will be available in November.
